Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, order processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

From time to time, LittlePetsPlace may offer free shipping promotions.


Tracking Information

Where available, tracking information will be provided by email after your order has been shipped.

Please allow several days for tracking information to become active after dispatch.


Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply.

These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

LittlePetsPlace is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and an order has already been dispatched, LittlePetsPlace cannot guarantee recovery or replacement of the package.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping information.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at:

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution whenever possible.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photographs of the package and item.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Include your order number and supporting photographs.

We will review your request and determine an appropriate resolution.


Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages.

This can happen when products are shipped from different warehouses or suppliers.

If you receive only part of your order, please allow a few additional days for the remaining items to arrive.
